Property Managment
Our Property Management Service is designed to allow peace of mind for non-resident property owners who leave their houses and apartments vacant for periods at a time.This service involves inspection visits to the property on a monthly, fortnightly or weekly basis and includes:
- Key holding.
- Six-monthly inventory of contents and condition.
- Prompt identification of any plumbing, electrical or basic structural issues.
- Immediate notification of such issues by email with photographs where necessary.
- Maintenance and repairs organised as authorised using proven contractors
- Regular airing of the property.
- Cursory inspection report via email after each management visit.
- Collection and payment of household utility bills and taxes (subject to deposit payment).
What we need:
- Two sets of keys for the property.
- A copy of the property purchase contract.
- Initial deposit of € 50 for utility bill payments.
