Rental Managment
Remote Control’s Rentals and Tenant Management services are designed for landlords using independent rentals web sites and media, as well as for self-letting clients.
Landlords who obtain tenancies in this way can utilise our “meet and greet“, inventory and provisions services to make sure that their tenants are catered for from the moment they arrive in Montenegro to the time they leave.
We can arrange to meet tenants at a location of your choice, including Dubrovnik and Tivat airports, Kotor Old Town or at the property. The service includes:
- Meeting and greeting, including car/taxi transfer to property (and return where required).
- Key holding, transfer and collection.
- Tenancy payment collection, holding and deposit where required.
- Information welcome pack and complimentary bottle of wine at the start of each tenancy.
- Tenant management.
- Contact point and assistance for tenants throughout tenancy.
- Information exchange point between tenants and landlords.
What we need:
- Two sets of keys for the property.
- Details of future tenancies at least 48 hours in advance.
- At least three sets of bed linen and bathroom towels (advised).
